Conditional Sentences


·          Conditional Sentence Type 1
1.      If I see Henry, I will give him your message.
2.      If he fails the test, he will have to repeat the course.
3.      Mavis will find a job if she tries hard.
4.      If Nathan finds the book, he will give it to you.
5.      You will be late for the class if you don’t hurry.



·           Conditional Sentence Type 2
1.      I wouldn’t come if I didn’t have time.
2.      If she finished her homework, she would help her mother.
3.      We wouldn’t be able to visit our uncle if the train were late.
4.      If you saved your money, you would be able to go on a vacation.
5.      If Leon drove carefully, he wouldn’t have any accidents.


·           Conditional Sentence Type 3
1.      If you had woken up early, you would have come on time.
2.      If he hadn’t asked them, they wouldn’t have told him.
3.      If I had gotten a scholarship, I would have left this place.
4.      Darren would have gone out if it hadn’t been rainy.
5.      Zack wouldn’t have failed the examination if you had helped him.
